Where do the courses run?
On FlourishIQ, our learning platform. When you enrol you get a FlourishIQ login; every tool, and everything you save in it, is in one place. Log in.
How long do I have access?
12 months from the day you enrol, for a once-off price.
Which course should I start with?
Answer the three questions in Find your walk. If you want everything, WalkWell4Life, the full system, holds all four focused courses and more.
What is in each tool?
Each tool has a short lesson, an activity where you plan, measure or reflect, and a history of what you saved. Every tool has an audio guide, and most have a printable workbook.
Is walking safe for me?
Walking is one of the safest ways to move more. If you have a heart condition, chest pain, dizziness, a recent operation, or you are unsure, speak to your doctor first and start with short, easy walks. The courses are education, not medical advice.
What is Large view?
A button on every card in The Wisdom of the Walk that fills the screen with one quote or finding in large type, for a walking group, a club meeting or a talk. Use the arrows to step through and Esc to close.
Where is my walking journal kept?
On the free explorer, the cards you keep stay only in your browser, on that device; nothing is sent to us. In the Clubhouse, your journal and your reflections are kept in your account, so they are there on any device.
Can I buy for a group?
Yes: course seats with volume pricing, 5–9 seats 10% off · 10–24 seats 15% · 25–49 seats 20% · 50 or more 25%. See For groups.
Where do the quotes come from?
Classic texts in the public domain and sourced modern collections, each checked word for word, with its author. Research findings restate dated studies named in the courses.
What is the Clubhouse?
The WalkWell4Life membership, R99 a month or R999 a year: the Self-Coaching Advisor, The Wisdom of the Walk with your own journal kept in your account, and the change coach. It is separate from the courses. About the Clubhouse.
How do I cancel the Clubhouse?
From your member area, any time. PayFast stops billing at once and you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
